Today, our biggest asset is our more than 35 highly qualified employees. Their training, experience, and efforts have enabled tremendous growth for HA Industries. Our capabilities continue to expand. HA Industries has more than doubled in size in the past few years.

In 1996 we moved into a brand new, modern, 20,000 square foot facility. During construction we installed a 100MB network and the latest Ameritech telephone equipment. All office and management employees have access to the internet.

Our Focus...

HA Industries' expertise is in the area of designing and manufacturing custom assembly automation. A typical project often involves a broad spectrum of responsibility; from initial design and development, to manufacturing, assembly, testing, shipping and installation. Most of our projects begin in the design stage where HA Industries engineering is interfacing with the customer to determine their needs and specifications.

HA Industries has the capability to handle contracts of virtually any size -- from a small piece of equipment to multiple machines or complex systems.

Engineering...

At HA Industries we are very proud of our engineering departments. We have both mechanical and electrical engineers in-house using the latest 100Mb networked, workstations, AutoCAD  for electrical and SolidWorks for mechanical. These departments allows us to maintain project control and apply the benefits of years of assembly automation expertise not accomplished by outsourced design.

Manufacturing...

A strong facet of HA Industries is our manufacturing ability. We have experienced machinists with the capabilities of operating a host of different types of machine shop equipment. Our machinery includes (2) state of the art Fadal machining centers (which are connected to our engineering network), a CNC lathe, Bridgeport mills, a surface grinder, lathes of varying capacities and MIG & TIG welding capability. This skilled team of machinists will ensure that every part is correct per print, and that all tolerances have been achieved. Part of the manufacturing process is our painting capability. Protective coatings will be applied by experienced painters per customer specifications in our paint booth.

Assembly...

Our assembly department takes great pride in their attention to detail and insistence on maintaining our quality standards. All phases of assembly can be accomplished at HA Industries, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. The equipment will be assembled properly and then tested to the customer's specifications. HA Industries will package your equipment and ship it around the world. We also have field personnel available to install the equipment at the customer's facility.

Customer Service...

Typically, a large portion of the equipment that HA Industries manufactures is supported with spare parts. HA Industries inventories these parts so they are available when the need arises. Our Customer Service department is ready and eager to respond to our customer's special needs.
